Refund Policy

Rickles Pickles does not offer refunds on any products ordered online.  When you make your purchase online, all sales are final.

If you have a package that arrived very damaged, then you will need to send us a photograph of the un-opened but damaged packaging so we can start a claim with the shipping company.  You will be required to follow all the shipping requirements in order to have your claim approved.  We will help you with the claim process to the end as long as you cooperate and do what is asked.
