Information Stored:  When you close your account, the information we have on file for your account is removed after 30-days.  If you wish to have it removed sooner, let us know and we will remove it manually.

Refunds:  Sorry, we do not offer any refunds for any reason.  No exceptions to this term.

Shipping:  Rickles Pickles utilizes the least expensive shipping method of our choice in order to bring our product to your door.  By using the least expensive it usually means the slowest method as well.  If you wish to have higher priority shipping on your order, let us know in the order notes and we will obtain rates and bill separately for higher priority shipping for your order.  Otherwise you should receive your order within a couple of days.  We ship daily and we process all orders daily.  If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us.

Damage:  If your order is damaged upon delivery, be sure to take photo’s of the un-opened box no matter its condition when the delivery driver arrives and make sure the delivery driver is aware of the condition of the packaging.  We will help you file a claim with the company to obtain reimbursement from them.  We cannot assist you if you do not cooperate with this process.  We strive to make sure our products are properly packaged to prevent any damages.
